  • Network Collaboration: Share anonymized incident details (e.g., “Property damage, Airlie Beach”) with other Guest Advisor members to prevent repeat issues.
  • Legal Compliance: Respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  1. What We Do Not Share
  • Personal identifiers (driver’s license/passport numbers) are never disclosed to other members or third parties.
  • Incident reports exclude guest IDs and are shared only when necessary for safety.

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access Controls: Restricted to authorised Guest Advisor members.
  • Third-Party Providers: Partners handling data must comply with strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Stored for 5 years, then securely deleted unless required by law.

  • Operators must comply with the Guest Advisor Operator Agreement, available in the members’ area after signing up.
